Course registration can be done at anytime up to the end of the first week of classes each semester. To register, complete the registration form available from the Registrar's Office or online. The form can be presented, mailed, faxed, or telephoned to the Registrar's Office.

Degree Students

Students in degree programs at the University of Maine at Fort Kent are required to obtain their Advisor's signature on the registration form prior to signing up for classes. The Advisor will also give the student a Registration Authorization Number (RAN) which will permit the student to register for classes using a touchtone telephone (Bengal Tracker (207) 834-7575) or online.

New Admitted Students

New students who have been admitted to degree programs will be contacted by their academic advisors to register for classes before the start of the semester. New students may also register for classes during Orientation held prior to the first day of classes.

Non-Degree Students

Students who are not in a degree program at UMFK may register at anytime prior to the end of the first week of classes each semester. An advisors consultation is encouraged, but not required.

Payment Arrangements

Course registration involves payment of tuition charges. Checks are made payable to "University of Maine at Fort Kent". Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are also accepted. Payment plans are available by calling the Business Office at (207) 834-7552.
