Honors Scholars at UMFK are probing, curious, innovative learners who want to go beyond traditional class situations. We encourage multi-disciplinary, "outside the box" research and exploration. We do expect our Honors students to come to the program with high GPAs and at least one year of college experience. And we expect our students to be mature, self-directed, self-assured learners willing to share their research, their explorations, and their creativity with the UMFK community.
