UMFK has been preparing future teachers for over 125 years. Our program continues this tradition, preparing individuals to teach at the elementary (K-8) and secondary levels (7-12), and providing our students with a broad liberal arts background. Our Secondary Education students are able to receive certification in English / Drama / Language Arts and Mathematics.
