Business Office

The Primary functions of the Business Office are to handle student billings for the university, and to process and pay university related expenses. Invariably, as a new student to our campus, you will have contact with our office, either in-person, over the phone, or through the mail. For example, when a student is accepted and subsequently registers for classes at the university, a bill is generated and mailed to the student's billing address. Attached to the bill are pertinent information regarding university policy and procedures, tuition fees, and other financial information.

You will find that our office has an open door policy, and we are on a first-name basis with many of our students. Additionally, we offer flexible payment arrangements, and work very hard to give you friendly, competent service.

Payment Plan

The Business Office offers a monthly payment plan to qualified students. A semester's expenses can be spread out into four (4) interest free, monthly installments. To enroll, a non-refundable payment of $20.00 is required.

Credit Card Payments

The university accepts MasterCard and VISA payments. Credit Card payments are accepted over the phone.

Student Accident and Sickness Insurance

The university, through a private insurance carrier, offers basic health insurance, for a twelve (12) month period, at an affordable rate. Details of this plan are provided at the time of student billing.
