To better serve you, we have provided you with two different means of applying.

1. UMFK Online Application (Preferred)
   Follow the steps provided below to e-mail the application directly to UMFK.
   1. Submit the Application
   2. Call the Admissions Office at 1-888-TRY-UMFK (879-8635) to pay the $40 application fee
   3. E-mail your essay to the Admissions Office (if not included in the online application)
   4. Print and submit a Request for High School Academic Records to your Guidance Office. (This is only required of High School students or Transfer students with 30 or less credits)
   5. Request all academic transcripts to be sent to one of the addresses below:

2. Print Application
   Follow the steps provided below to mail the application directly to UMFK.
   1. Mail application to one of the above addresses (Be sure to include the essay!)
   2. Request all academic transcripts to be sent to one of the above addresses
   3. Include the $40 application fee with the application
