What's cool about UMFK?
UMFK is great for giving students an opportunity to work one on one with professors as needed and the small class sizes allow students full potential to interact closely and get to know each other on a personal level.
What do you do for fun outside the classroom?
Outside of the classroom, UMFK provides many activities for students to get involved in, including things such as hypnotist shows, dances, skiing events, etc.
What do you like about the Criminal Justice/Behavioral Science program?
Criminal Justice is very interesting, as I learn about different court cases in the past and also get in-depth information regarding the processes that must be carried out in order to investigate, solve, and prevent crime.
What are your professors like?
My professors are very involved with me and my work and are always willing to go out of their way to help me if ever I need it. They are very well educated on what they teach and do a great job at delivering their knowledge to their students.
Any advice for a new student coming to UMFK?
I would tell a new student coming into UMFK to really take the opportunity to get involved in their school, whether it be joining different organizations and participating in different groups, or just taking the time to get to know their fellow classmates and professors.
