Cairns is a native of Fort Kent, ME. She received her BA in Social Science with a minor in Education from the University of Southern Maine. She went on to work as an Admissions Counselor at USM, then as an Admissions Adviser at the University of Washington. She joined the staff here at UMFK in 2003.

Nadeau is a Vietnam Veteran and a retired officer in the Army National Guard. He received a BS in Education from UMFK in 1978. Nadeau is affiliated with the U.S. Biathlon Association and Maine Winter Sports Center as Chief of Range.

Andrew Clavette Andrew Clavette

Clavette graduated from UMFK in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. As a student, he played for the UMFK Bengals men's basketball team as well as the men's soccer. Prior to working at UMFK, Clavette held a position as senior admission counselor at Saint Joseph's College in Standish, Maine.

Bruce Nadeau recently retired from the Maine Army National Guard where he worked as the senior guidance counselor at the Portland Military Entrance Processing Center (MEPS). He graduated from UMFK in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Bruce enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, soccer and playing music.

Plourde received a BS in Education May of 1975, and that November assumed responsibilities as Administrative Assistant I. Plourde has been part of the Admissions Office ever since and also enjoys a small catering business on weekends.
