Our NBS division, the largest division on campus, has oversight of core courses in the majority of the life sciences and professional preparation programs. Faculty also provide courses appropriate for the continuing education of current professionals.

The Education Division is responsible for delivering education courses emphasizing competency, communication skills, and critical thinking, as well as professional development education courses.

This Division oversees our language, arts, history and philosophy courses and programs. Faculty here provide a majority of our liberal arts core, but also maintain expertise in their respective fields.

Over the course of their studies, students gain knowledge and skill in the social, behavioral, biological, and nursing sciences. Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to write the state board licensure examination whereby they are qualified to provide sage, competent and ethical nursing care.
